1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2- days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed only on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your shipping details.

We offer the following shipping options, depending on your location and product availability:

3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and will be displayed before payment.

Free Shipping: Available on orders above 1999 Rs
Applicable taxes or additional charges, if any, will be shown during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier's tracking page.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

9 National Shipping
At this time, Cartify ships only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
